unless you make out
my desire and desirability,
you cannot construct me;

fixate on essences
and once more, miss the point.

maybe you should kiss me.

:bulletpink: have you ever asked someone to kiss you, girl? and boy, has a girl asked you for a kiss?
:bulletpink: she is form and formlessness.
:bulletpink: everytime i come back here, i notice people leaving. i like it here, so i'm staying. i hope some of you decide to stay, too.

I have asked before - not to be kissed (I do not think, at least) - but to kiss :giggle: And it can be a wonderfully thrilling thing, even when you know the answer because, if nothing else, you give them a very clear picture of where you stand and, hopefully, sometime in the future you give them something to smile about and remember that someone wanted them :aww:
Your middle stanza is enthralling - the more I look at it and the more I think about it, the more personal and contextual it becomes. I often find myself fixating on certain things - certain essences - of people... often as a way of excusing or overlooking their more poignant flaws and weaknesses, typically because I have to find some way to be around people I may not otherwise want to be and may not, otherwise, appreciate. I'm always congnizant of what I am doing though, so I don't get too taken with what positives I find, or too lost in looks ;D
